Shipping Policy for Y.O.U. Your Own Universe Botanica

We currently ship from Georgia, USA. We serve customers within the United States; international shipping is available to Canada and select countries upon request. Please email support@youbotanica.shop before ordering if you need international shipping.

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom ritual kits or handmade products may require up to 7–10 business days to prepare. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping times depend on your location and carrier. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.

You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Once the package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier; delays due to weather, customs or other factors are outside our control.
